Born in Istanbul in 1974, Doğan Barış Öztop completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in the same city. He pursued higher education at Istanbul University, graduating from the Department of Electronics Engineering (English Program), where he specialized in the field of engineering.

Following his studies, Öztop took on active roles in the business world, serving in various positions within Botech Holding, which operates across different sectors both in Turkey and abroad. Within the holding, he continues to serve as a Founding Partner, Board Member, and Chairman of the Board in several companies, standing out with his leadership vision and entrepreneurial spirit.

Well-recognized for his successful career in business, Doğan Barış Öztop continues to contribute significantly to the growth and development of Botech Holding with his professional experience.

In addition to his business career, Öztop has also been actively involved in the sports community. Since 2020, he has been a Congress Member of Fenerbahçe Sports Club and, in September 2025, will take part in the Extraordinary Elective General Assembly of the club as a member of the board of directors candidate list led by Presidency Candidate Mr. Hakan Bilal Kutlualp.
