Prof. Dr. EMİNE SARE AYDIN

Prof. Dr. Emine Sare Aydın is a senior academic, former Member of Parliament, and executive operating at the intersection of academia, public policy, and international business. She serves as a faculty member in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Commerce University and holds a degree in International Relations from Indianapolis, USA.

She served as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (27th Term, Istanbul), contributing to legislative processes, policy formulation, and high-level international representation. She is also a founding member of the W20 Steering Committee, reflecting her role in global policy dialogue and multilateral platforms.

She previously served as Advisor to the Minister responsible for EU Affairs within the framework of the 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency, where she led and managed multi-stakeholder projects funded by the European Union, the United Nations, Sida, and ISTKA.

She currently serves as Partner and Managing Director at NAVTECH Defense Industry Inc., where she leads international defense collaborations, strategic partnerships, and joint venture structures across Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, and Europe. She also represents Serbian defense companies Krušik and Prva Iskra in international markets.
